Our company are following best possible practices of physical distancing, scattered shift working and proactive communications plus WFH. I do hope, you are also doing the same and strictly following the recommendation of your local nodal advisory.

 

As a responsible Health Care Organisation, we wish to share some efforts made by us:

A) Supply disruptions: We are putting in best possible efforts to ensure minimum disruptions, even though there are challenges in Operations in availability of human resources, raw materials and logistic arrangements.

B) Digital Technology Platform: After careful consideration of the business environment, we are in the process of implementing a Customer Portal and will be active soon with few key deliverable as

1) Order Process Automation: Order booking, PI, Invoicing & Delivery Tracking.

2) Organised Work Flow: More flexibility and better planning.
